The Genesis IR-55QR head is a panoramic rotor that allows you to take panoramic images using a fixed, user-defined rotation angle.
The device was made of CNC machined aluminum. Thanks to this, the whole is very durable and light. The head weighs 364g and its maximum load capacity is 15kg. Genesis IR-55QR has a track compatible with Arca-Swiss boards, which can be additionally secured with a quick-lock safety lock, protecting the camera against undesired ejection. The head can be mounted on a tripod using a standard 3/8 "thread or alternatively with the Arca-Swiss rim.

The Genesis rotator provides two types of panning. The first one, secured with a blockade, gives the possibility of rotating only the upper part of the device by 360 °. The second allows panning exactly by the indicated angle, which corresponds to a specific number of hops. For this purpose, two knobs are used, one of which locks and unlocks the mechanism, and the other to choose the right angle.
